Facing West out over the lake, the Lakeview lakeside Suites each have private terraces and hot tubs, these contemporary open plan spaces offer a unique experience of the Lake District, immersing you in the landscape whilst offering all the 21st century facilities for a cosseting and relaxing stay.

| Breakfast included Our Hot Tub Suites offer a more private and secluded experience, sitting in a copse of wild garden and specimen trees opposite the main house, accessed from a landscaped courtyard with their own entrances.
Each open plan Suite has a huge bed, comfy seating, and fireplace. Floor to ceiling windows slide back to make the most of their setting - either cocooned in greenery for ultimate privacy, or facing out over the lake, (a view enjoyed from the luxurious bathrooms too). Each has a private terrace, with a Japanese style cedar hot tub, plus seating and sun loungers.
You have the choice of a room service breakfast from our full menu, delivered to your door; as an alternative choice to taking breakfast in the Lake Edge Restaurant. Our Boathouse is quite unique in the lakes, having a large lakeside terrace that is just for your use. Its large open plan living space, furnished with huge squashy sofas and armchairs, looks out over miles of lake views, and a butler's pantry is stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. The bathroom also holds a steam room, and there's an aqua vision tv.
The terrace with its lily pond is large enough for sun loungers and seating around a fire pit, plus a hot tub. It's all just for you, with keycode access to the enclosed grounds and private parking.
